Oh, My!

So, Lucky's been working out in he gym for quite a while now. He hits the gym before work without fail every night that he's on, save the rare occasions that he gets called in early...
He had reached a "plateau" for a while and despite the fact that he had toned up quite a bit, he had hit a certain point he couldn't get past.
Over the last few months, because of his "stubborn guinea" attitude and his inability to give up, he kept at it and FLABAMMO!
We were looking at pictures from a year and some ago... And compared to what he looks like now? Oh... My... It pays to work out!
