Happy :)

A little happy moment... You should try and have at least one a day. It helps with the stress of the day to day and it's good for mental well being.
It doesn't have to be a huge deal... Sit down with a cuppa coffee somewhere quiet for five minutes, take a short walk, sit down and watch cartoons with the kids for a few minutes, email an old friend... If you have the time, go out and get a new nail polish and do your toes or take a long, hot bath! Cook something that YOU want to have for dinner. NICE!
Just a small happy can go a long way!
