The kids were away, so there was no need for me to set the "healthy eating habits" example... I went all out...
One and a half pounds of thick cut apple wood smoked bacon, cooked to absolute perfection on two very nice, thick cut, large slices of rye bread, toasted, with a touch of Kewpie Mayo, a little pepper, all slapped together with a pile of bacon on the side... HEAVEN!
Pass the Pepto and simvastatin!
