Now, having spent some time away from my little ones because they are spending part of the summer with their dad, I find myself in a rut of boredom. There are no little ones to have "interesting conversations" with, no tea parties to be had, no "which car would be better on GTA" no "can we read this book?", "can we play this game?", "can we go to the park?", "no can my friend <whoever> come over for a play date?".... No laundry, not too much cleaning or cooking, no schedules, not even relaxed schedules... No nothing. I mean sure. I know that it's important to make sure that I have some relaxation time, but quite honestly? I was bored after about four hours without them... :s
