Because I SAID SO!

"Because I said so!" is sometimes SO perfect to give as a reason when dealing with your child. It's the lamest things too that a child will choose to pick a battle with a parent. "But WHY do I have to clean my room??!??" or "But WHY do I have to do my homework??!??" It's so lame and you know damn well yourself that you're thinking, "Yeah, it does suck and I really DON'T know why!" but you know that you have to play the role of "parent" and you know damn well that the task needs to be completed. So the "logical" response really  DOES become, "Because I SAID SO!" Ahhh, parenthood.
